I am trying to get the drivers side Xenon in, but the damn airbox is in the way.

Whereabouts are the bolts that i need to remove?

 

Ill take some pictures tomorrow mate, its very very easy

Here it is mate

Tools u need (T20 torx is the one u need to remove the airbox bolts)

U need to undo the ring to losen grip on the pipe and undo the clip on the airfilter sensor
The Airfilter sensor jus unclips wen u apply some pressure to the back of it u'll feel a lil peg bit if u like and jus press down and pull.

Next undo the ring the top ring by undoing the bolt on it slightly so that it can move freely. Pull the pipe straight out afterwards.

The 4 bolts ur looking for are as follows below hightlighter in the red circle.

After that just lift the top cover straight off starting from the right side and liftin up towards you.

From there on its just a matter of undoing the lil tube at the bottom top right hand corner of the box. Then just pull the bottom of the airbox out.

Hi, I'm trying to replace a failed dipped bulb and have followed the above steps but not sure how to pull the bottom of the air box out. It seems quite tight and I'm a bit worried that just tugging it will break something.

 

have you removed the lower pipe? once you have, just give it a good pull :thumbs:

 

yes I removed the lower pipe, is that a pull to the side or upwards.
